Claim £5 off at Treatwell

Treatwell is the UK's biggest beauty booking marketplace, listing thousands of hair salons, barbers, nail bars, spas and massage therapists with live availability, so you can see open slots and book without phoning around. Its refer-a-friend scheme is modest but easy to use: sign up through a friend's link, verify your phone number, and a £5 voucher is added to your account and applied automatically at checkout. The condition that trips people up is the qualifying booking — it has to be worth more than £30 and paid in full online, so a pay-at-venue appointment won't trigger the discount or your friend's reward. The salon also has to mark the treatment as completed before the referrer's £5 is released. Use the voucher within 60 days, and pair it with Treatwell's own sale prices or off-peak discounts at the venue for a bigger saving on a cut, colour or massage you were going to book anyway.

Questions
Treatwell referral FAQs
- Is the Treatwell referral discount £5 or £10?
- The current UK offer is £5 for the new customer and £5 for the person who referred them. Older promotions and some other countries have offered £10 or €10, so check the amount shown on the referral page when you sign up.
- Is there a Treatwell referral code to type in?
- No. The referral link tracks the offer — sign up from it and the voucher is added to your account and applied at checkout automatically.
- Why wasn't my Treatwell voucher applied?
- The usual reasons are a booking of £30 or less, choosing to pay at the venue instead of online, an expired voucher (older than 60 days), or already having a Treatwell account before using the link.
- Can I use the referral voucher on any salon?
- It works on treatments at any venue that accepts online prepayment through Treatwell, as long as the booking clears the £30 minimum.
